The language code is valid for ISO 639-1. Should the uploader convert to ISO 639-3? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Romansh_language

it's done now. i chose "Romance" as the language and used the library of congress 3 letter code roa. generally we prefer the library of congress code. you can see them at http://www.loc.gov/marc/languages/language_code.html
